Laurent Baeza, a law graduate from the Catholic University of Lyon and Aix-Marseille University, began his career in Geneva, Switzerland, where he assisted the commercial director of a major national B2B group.
Laurent continued his career in Ivory Coast in the construction sector, and was subsequently recruited as General Manager for Senegal by Hilti, a multinational company operating in over 120 countries.
In parallel, Laurent was selected by the International Talent Advanced Program (ITAP 2019) as Hilti’s marketing project director.
Having worked in more than ten countries in West Africa and Asia, Laurent specializes in market penetration and development.
